The Diggin West Terrier Trial was started in 2003 and is centrally located in Madera, California, with trials held annually. My friends and family help to make this trial the success it is, and make dreams come true for all involved. My goal was to bring together Jack Russell enthusiasts, not only from northern and southern California, but from surrounding states as well, to be able to enjoy what we do with our fearless, intelligent companions. With this in mind, we have been able to support the Jack Russell Research Foundation and the local Madera County Animal Shelter.

Thanks to all those people who continue to support the Diggin’ West Challenge and keeping our terriers happy doing what they love.

The 2009 Diggin West trial is scheduled for September 26th and 27th. Events will include conformation, racing, agility, go to ground, super earth and barn hunt. Our conformation judges will be:

Sunday - Sandhi Rogerson

Once again we are having a benefit raffle for the Jack Russell Research Foundation. The Research Foundation is planning on attending and holding a DNA bank for those willing to participate. Reminder: those that donate will receive free raffle tickets. All donations are greatly appreciated.

Once again, back by popular demand the Ultimate Lure Course will be available to all breeds.
